CNBM Spunbond Long Fiber Polyester Mat is a polyester nonwoven material, produced with virgin PET chips. The PET chips are treated with melting, spinning, lapping, needle-punching, hot air setting, coating, drying, cutting & packaging processes, and comes out with spunbond long fiber polyester mat.
Compared with traditional staple fiber polyester mat, CNBM Spunbond Long Fiber Polyester mat has the advantage of better evenness, tensile strength & elongation, as well as anti-aging. The bitumen waterproofing membrane produced with long fiber polyester mat can achieve higher tensile strength & tearing strength.
