Product Description

PET stitchbonded nonwoven fabric. It's made from polyester staple fiber and polyester filament yarn, with 9,14, 18 or 22 needles per inch.
Width: 10-408cm
Regular roll size: 1.1x100m
Loading quantity for 1x20GP and 1x40HQ is about 6-9 tons and 15-21 tons respectively.

If we load small rolls with length 100m, the loading quantity will be more than the one with 1000m rolls. It has different applications. In waterproofing field, it can be used as reinforcement in cold process roofing. It means we can use it directly for roofing waterproofing on the steel and concrete structure, we clean the surface, make one layer of coating, then put the fabric layer ,then make another layer of coating again. This application of the stitchbonded nonwoven fabric has the advantage of strengthening the waterproofing layer to prevent the coating layer from cracking.

Except for this waterproofing application, it can also be used for shopping bags. It's not used to make shopping bags directly. It should be laminated with OPP film , then printing and dyeing is ok. Meanwhile, it can also be used as shoe lining and automotive interior, such as seat reinforcement or noise reduction.
