Recommended dosage
It is 1.8kg/m2~2.0kg/m2 for 1.0mm. Coverage may vary depending upon the nature and texture of the substrate
and thickness of the membrane.

Construction Points
1.Surface Preparation: Clean the surfaces thoroughly, ensure the surface to be coated is without water, oil, grease,
dust, fungus and moss. Fasten the loosen firmware, burnish the rusts. Primer should be used when applied on the
rusted damaged metal roof or concrete roofs.
2.Additional layers: All joints of the vertical and horizontal such as the roots of the vents, pipe corners and
constructions with its fix part, should be treated reinforced with polyester fabrics. The fabric should be flat
without corrugations, and fully coated to adhere tightly to the substrate. Keep no folds and edge warp.
3.Waterproof layers: For the entire area, waterproof coating should be applied in at least three times. After the first
brushing, added the reinforced polyester cloth and fully immersed in the liquid coating, then brush a second
coating, when curing apply the last time construction. You can add a small amount of water to dilute the coating
and then brush the last time, to improve the flatness and smooth finish on the surface of the coating. The
construction interval is generally 12h, each time the film thickness should be 0.5-0.7mm, and the brushing
direction should be vertical to the previous one.
