High efficiency, anti-cavitation hydraulic model has been applied. The pump's suction performance has been improved by optimizing the number of inducer blades, safety angle, liquid runner and the ratio of the inlet and outlet wheel hub. The motor is coaxial with the impeller and the inducer. The whole pump adopts the balance mechanism design, which reduces the cavitation margin (NPSHr) of the pump set, prolongs the life of the pump set and improves the stability of operation.
A specially designed thrust self-balancing mechanism is adopted to change the throttle gap by changing the axial movement of the balancing drum, the axial force generated on the balancing drum is always equal to the axial force generated by the impeller so that self-balancing is achieved.
Through the design of asset of thrust self-balancing mechanism, the throttle gap is changed by the axial movement of the balance drum, so that the axial force generated on the balance drum is always equal to the axial force generated by the impeller to achieve self-balancing.
Casting technology: Use silica sol casting technology to improve finish and optimized over all hydraulic performance.
